What is Women's Health Research?

We are proud to be a women-led organization dedicated to advancing women’s health through groundbreaking clinical trials and research. Our mission is to address the unique healthcare needs of women by conducting high-quality, evidence-based studies that pave the way for better treatments, therapies, and outcomes. Women’s health research is a vital part of our medical community, and has historically been vastly under-funded and under-represented.

With a team of experienced researchers, physicians, and healthcare professionals, we specialize in clinical research that centers on the health issues most relevant to women. From reproductive health to menopause management, we are committed to making a lasting impact on women’s lives by ensuring that their voices and needs are heard in the scientific community.

Citta Clinical Research aims increase access to women’s health research. It is critical to health of our communities that we study and learn about the disparities between female and male experiences for various health conditions. By understanding these gender differences, clinical research can help develop new drugs, therapies, devices, and interventions to empower women, prevent serious illness, improved health outcomes, quality of life and lifespan. Citta is committed to exploring more comprehensive understanding of health for women in our community and globally.
